🔄 Returns & Refund Policy – Plants Care
At Plants Care, we take great pride in delivering healthy, high-quality plants to your door. Due to the nature of our products, we’ve crafted a fair and transparent return policy to ensure your satisfaction while protecting the health and safety of all our plants.


Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or unhealthy plants reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The plant must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • You must provide clear photos of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item.


💸 Refunds
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same or similar plant (based on availability)

  • A store credit for future purchases

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue

Note: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Healthy plants after 24 hours of delivery

  • Plants that are damaged due to improper care after delivery

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Soil, pots, or accessories unless defective


🔁 Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be possible if the wrong plant was delivered.

  • Contact us within 24 hours to arrange a swap.


📦 Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

  • After this period, preparation and dispatch may already be underway.
