At Plants Care, we take great pride in delivering healthy, high-quality plants to your door. Due to the nature of our products, we’ve crafted a fair and transparent return policy to ensure your satisfaction while protecting the health and safety of all our plants.
✅ Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or unhealthy plants reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The plant must be in its original condition and packaging.

You must provide clear photos of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item.
💸 Refunds
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

A replacement of the same or similar plant (based on availability)

A store credit for future purchases

A full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue
Note: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Healthy plants after 24 hours of delivery

Plants that are damaged due to improper care after delivery

Customized or special-order items

Soil, pots, or accessories unless defective
🔁 Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be possible if the wrong plant was delivered.

Contact us within 24 hours to arrange a swap.
📦 Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

After this period, preparation and dispatch may already be underway.
