At Plants Care, we’re committed to delivering your plants safely, promptly, and with the care they deserve — right to your doorstep.

📦 Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

🌇 Delivery Areas & Charges

• Within Dubai City:
  A flat delivery fee of AED 30 applies to all orders.
• Outside Dubai (Other Emirates or Remote Areas):
  Additional delivery fees will apply based on location and order size. Our team will confirm the exact charges during order confirmation.

🚛 Delivery Timeline

• Dubai Deliveries: 1–2 business days
• Outside Dubai: 2–4 business days
  Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to weather, order volume, or plant type.

🌱 Packaging & Handling

• Every plant is carefully packed using protective, eco-friendly materials to ensure it arrives fresh, healthy, and damage-free.
• For larger or more delicate plants, our delivery team will coordinate the best time to ensure safe handling.

❗ Missed Deliveries

• If no one is available at the time of delivery, our team will contact you to reschedule.
• After two failed attempts, an additional re-delivery fee may be charged.
